FAQ
Common questions about ROXI OS, its servers and your wallet.
Can the agent spend my funds without asking?
No. ROXI has no access to your private key. Every transaction, deployment and signed message appears in MetaMask, and nothing happens unless you approve it. See the security model.
Which AI models and apps does it work with?
Any client that supports MCP servers over stdio, such as Claude Desktop. The servers don't depend on a specific model.
Which networks are supported?
metamask-mcp is configured for Ethereum Mainnet and Sepolia. chainlist-mcp can look up any network on Chainlist, and solc-mcp works offline.
Which wallets are supported?
MetaMask Mobile, connected by scanning a QR code.
Do I need all four servers?
No. Enable only what the agent needs. chainlist-mcp and solc-mcp work on their own. erc20-mcp prepares transactions, so it needs metamask-mcp to send them.
Does it cost anything?
The servers are free and open source under MIT. You pay normal network gas fees for transactions you approve.
Why does my wallet disconnect?
metamask-mcp keeps its session in memory, so it ends when the server stops, usually when you quit your MCP client. Ask the agent to connect again.
The agent prepared the wrong amount. What happened?
Usually the token's decimals. erc20-mcp converts amounts using
tokenDecimal, so the agent should look it up with get-token first. Always check the amount in MetaMask before approving; rejecting is always safe.Where's the source code?
On GitHub under ROXI-OS-SI. Each server's docs page links to its repository.
